Your Livry account is the identity you sign in to the developer portal with at app.livry.dev. It is separate from your Team — one account can belong to several Teams.

Signing in

Livry uses passwordless email, and it is the only way in. Enter your address, Livry sends you a code, and that is the whole of it — there is no password to set, forget or leak, and no social sign-in to choose between.
Signing up and signing in are the same act. Because there is no password, entering an address that already has an account simply signs you into it, and entering a new one creates the account. You cannot collide with yourself, and there is no “this email is already registered” to work around.
Because sign-in is passwordless, there is no password reset flow. If you lose access to the email address on your account, contact support rather than creating a new account — a new account will not have your Team memberships, and an account cannot be merged into another.

Accounts and Teams are different things

Signing up creates both: an account for you, and a Team you Own. Being invited to somebody else’s Team adds a membership to your existing account. Switch between Teams inside the portal — each carries its own Environments, Themes and billing.
There is no screen to create a second Team. A second Team is a second organization in the identity provider and a second billing customer, so it is a separate sign-up. If you need one, sign up again with the same email — the account is shared, the Teams are not.

What you can do with your account

The last Owner of a Team cannot leave it. Promote somebody else to Owner first. Livry refuses otherwise, because a Team with no Owner has no legal way to acquire one.

Deleting your account

There is no self-serve account deletion. Contact support. Deleting a Team is a separate act, and it is a request an Owner initiates for staff to action — see Environments for how deletion requests work.

What your account does not give you

Your account is an identity, not a permission. What you can do comes from your Team role and your Environment grants, which are granted per Team by that Team’s Admins. Signing in to a Team where you hold no Environment grant is a legitimate state: you will see the Team and no Themes. See Roles and permissions.
